Rapper Lil Wayne is almost completely covered with tattoos. Many of them are autobiographical significance, including the grooves around the scalp, the word “weapon” on the palm of hand, heraldic lily, indicating his New Orleans roots and the words “I am Music” on the face, on the right side of the back a large vein prayer tattoo on one side and the words “Fear God” on the other.
